The OSCAR model is a inline capping machine designed for bottles with pump and trigger sprays, ideal for products such as body lotions, sunscreens, liquid soaps, conditioners and household spray detergents.
The triggers and pumps are correctly oriented in a mechanical sorter and then transferred to a pick-up tube straightening station by a rotating carousel equipped with grippers. Bottles are simultaneously fed into the machine via an infeed screw. The carousel inserts the pick-up tubes into the bottles using a gripper centring system. Format changeovers are tool-free, with the machine configuration managed electronically through the operator panel.
The OSCAR model can also be paired with an RO capping machine, enabling cap, pump and trigger closures all within the same system.
OSCAR supports medium-speed production cycles, up to 4,200 bph.
