TIRELLI blowing machines can be equipped with up to 40 nozzles, achieving speeds of up to 22,000 bph. The blower can be fitted with an ionised air circuit, either in the infeed screw or on individual nozzles, along with an automatic dust and residue collection system for each nozzle.
The rinser also offers the option to dry containers after washing, using a specially filtered air circuit.
This technology can be seamlessly integrated upstream of TIRELLI monoblock units, ensuring containers are clean before the filling and capping process begins.
