TIRELLI S.r.l. – point of reference in the design and production of filling, capping, labelling systems and complete “turnkey” lines for the cosmetics and home and body care industry – has finalized the asset purchase agreement of the labelling division of BRB Globus S.r.l, specialist in the production of labelling systems, based in Porto Mantovano (MN).
The acquisition of the BRB Globus labelling business, confirms TIRELLI’s industrial goals and the growth and verticalization strategy to expand its offer to meet the needs of labellers in the production lines for the home & body care sector in the medium-low speed currently part of the TIRELLI portfolio.
Today TIRELLI has 150 employees and more than 6000 machines installed in 70 countries.
