TIRELLI semi-automatic doser units are designed for small production runs, accommodating various types of products. They can be equipped with up to 2 filling valves.
Depending on customer needs, these units can be configured with a countertop structure for placement on a supporting surface or with a support column for floor installation.
The operator places the bottle to be filled on a height-adjustable surface under the valve, which can be adapted to accommodate different sizes and volumes. Dosing is then manually initiated, either via a foot pedal or a button, depending on the dosing unit version.
TIRELLI doser units can be customised with different filling technologies based on the product being filled, including pneumatic or electronic pistons, flowmeters or peristaltic pumps.
